IN LOVING MEMORY OF PATCH POLANSKY

Patch was a wonderful, sweet dog that passed away on Saturday. He loved to carry around rocks, play in his backyard, catch frisbee, and to be loved on. I loved caring for this dog and I will miss him dearly.
